Tree Houses Olszanka is a place where you will surely rest from everyday duties and the rush of everyday life, stop and enjoy the singing of birds and the smell of the forest. At the same time, there will be amenities and comfort that will make you not miss anything.
Being in the forest makes time pass slower, and the soothing sound of trees will relax your mind and help you achieve happiness. In addition, being in a Tree House brings back childhood memories and helps you feel carefree.
Do you work remotely? Excellent! Such proximity to nature affects concentration and adds energy to action.
And all this in a great location! We are located only 40 minutes from the Okęcie airport, and only 15 minutes from the A2 motorway and the S8 expressway.

Rules
- the price includes accommodation for two people in a selected Tree House, free, unguarded, monitored parking on the property, free Internet access and close contact with nature without give up comfort
- Each cottage is allocated one parking space for a vehicle with a maximum height of 2.5 m. If you wish to arrive with more cars or a vehicle exceeding the specified height, please let us know, in which case we will provide a second parking space
- in the case of a stay of only one person, the price list applies as for two people
- each Tree House can accommodate maximum four adults
- on holidays, long weekends, etc., the price list applies as in the option Fri - Sun
- in the case of a one-day stay, we charge a surcharge in accordance with the table
- the hotel day starts at 16.00 and ends at 10.00. Late check-out is possible, subject to availability, for an additional fee.
- the facility is intended only for adults
- no accommodation for animals
- we do not allow hen parties, bachelor parties and other events disturbing the peace of the forest
- Breakfast can be ordered for an additional fee. Breakfast is delivered to the cottages daily in picnic baskets. Breakfast can be ordered up to 3:00 PM the previous day. If a reservation includes breakfast after this time, breakfast will not be served and the full cost will be refunded. Vegetarian options are also available.
- We issue VAT invoices
- Minimum night stays may apply on weekends, holidays, and long weekends. The minimum stay equirement will be displayed in the calendar when making your reservation.
- A minimum 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are also non- refundable.
